Ordering & delivery

ZAYEI takes orders as order requests. Nothing is charged on this website.

How ordering works

  1. Choose your products. Add packs to your cart, build a Period Box or a gift, or make your own mix. Packs marked “Price on request” are quoted on WhatsApp.
  2. Send your order request. From the checkout, send it on WhatsApp or by email. It includes your items, prices shown on the site and your delivery address.
  3. We confirm it with you. We confirm availability, the delivery charge and the final amount for your location on WhatsApp or by email, during support hours.
  4. Payment and dispatch. Nothing is charged until you have confirmed the order with us. We share the next steps when we confirm.

Delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery charges and timelines depend on your location and are confirmed with your order.
